New Philips Xenium 9x9s clamshell. 30 days on stand-by too
A few days ago we have found 3 Philips Xenium phones with an amazing batery life – more then a month on standby.
All of them were in a candybar form factor. And what, if you don’t like these bricky phones? Well, now the Dutch consumer electronics giant also has a flipphone for you – Philips Xenium 9x9s:

Philips Xenium 9x9s comes with a bright 80 cd/m2 1.8″ 262K color OLED display that can hold 8 lines of text, 80×48 pixel secondary OLED display, supports polyphonic ringtones, AMR and Midi sound formats, has 1.3Mpx camera and 18MB of user memory.
It’s a triband GSM (900, 1800,1900 MHz) phone with GPRS support, that measures at 92.8 x 48 x 20.9 mm for a total volume 82cc and weight of 102.5 g.
Xenium 9x9s is a pretty basic clamshell with a limited data capability. However, if you are looking for a flipphone that can last forever without charging, Philips Xenium 9x9s might be just the thing.
Like other phones in Xenium line, it’s 950 mAh battery can last 30 days on stanby and has 8.5 hours of talking time.
