Nokia N82 and Nokia N81 NSeries phones in the works

Symbian Guru has got a real good friend in Nokia that helped him get the scoop about some real good NSeries phones/multimedia devices in the works there.

The first one (on the left) – Nokia N81 is a 8GB Gaming Slider Phone, which should become one of the first official new N-Gage platform devices with some good specs:

Nokia N81 will also have a dedicated gaming keys, “Navi Wheeel and a 3.5 mm headphone jack.

Nokia N82 imaging phone (on the right) is the real treat. It takes on, where Nokia N95 left off.

Nokia 82 candybar is similar in size to Nokia N73 and packs some really great things inside.

Both phones are still in the final design stages and should be launched in Q4, 2007.

    The N82′s specs are similar with the N95, but the focus seems on the camera with the powerful Xenon flash, and scant mention of the multimedia capability, ie., a N95-ish with focus on connectivity and photography.

    So, sorry for asking a dumb question, but what networks can I use this phone on? can i use it on Verizon? Sorry, just not that into cell phones to know this stuff!

    The only dumb questions are the ones that are not asked. :)

    No, you can’t use it on Verizon. They have another phone standard (CDMA) and GSM phones don’t work there.

    If you buy Nokia N81 or 82 unlocked, you can use it on AT&T and (probably) on T-Mobile.
