Touch technology and maybe even some multi-touch features will be in it, but not necessarily a touchscreen. It will be much cheaper then iPhone and very simple.  Phone for calls, sms and an iPod functionality as well. 

Camera? Maybe, but I doubt it</description>

		<description>This is rediculous. IF Apple is to make an iPhone Nano it would employ the same rechnology as the iPhone does. It will be touch screen based and will likely include a camera with photos, music and of course the phone. No Internet. But it CERTAINLY won&#039;t look like this.</description>
