I started to translate the text, my grammar isn’t great but the specs is right.
I can translate the rest later if someone wants me to.

HP is, as expected, launching two new 3G phones, besides that they are launching one GPS navigator and two PDA’s

Ipaq 914 is the most advanced of the models launched today, it is a keyboard model with 7.2Mbps HSDPA.
It has a 3 megapixel camera and supports the wlan standards 802.11b/g.
It has an internal GPS (A-GPS) but no ordinary navigation software, this has to be bought separately.
However, Google Maps comes preinstalled.
It has a 240x320 2.46 touch-screen and the price is set to about 5500 SEK.
It’s expected to hit the market in November.

Ipaq 614 also has 7.2Mbps HSDPA and wlan and uses Windows Mobile 6 Professional.
This means that it also has a touch-screen and a ordinary touch screen which is considered a unusual combination.
The keypad also sports a scroll wheel with touch function, which is shown as a raised ring over the number keys.
This works great to navigate the menus, the only question is how this works when you use the keypad in the normal way. This pre production unit seems a bit too sensitive, but that might be changed for the production units.
The price should be the same as the 914 and it also has a A-GPS and Google maps.
