Remember Samsung F700 Ultra Smart mobile phone? If not for the ultra specs that Samsung SGH-F700 had, I would have forgotten about it long ago.
It’s been more then seven months since it was announced during 3GSM show in February. And nothing since then. No live pics or launch dates, no YouTube videos showing-off cool touchscreen interface, no detailed reviews by early testers. Nothing.
Well, looks like we’ll soon be hearing more about Samsung SGH-F700V Ultra Smart phone, since it is one of the flagship models of Vodafone’s Christmas Line-up.
If true to the original specs, Vodafone Samsung F700 Ultra Smart phone will feature:
- GSM 900/1800/900, UMTS, HSDPA (up to 7.2 Mbps)
- 2.78″, 240×440 px, 256K color TFT Touchscreen
- slide-out QWERTY keyboard
- 5 mpx camera with autofocus
- secondary camera for video calls
- full HTML browsing
- microSD memory card slot
- 104 x 50 x 16.4mm
Looks like the competition in high end smart/feature phone category will be really hot this Christmas season. It would be interesting to see how Vodafone Samsung SGH- F700V will do against LG KU990 Viewty and Nokia N95 8GB, which are headed for Vodafone network too.
