No. I'm not even sure that it was even filed in U.S., so I have no idea about the publication date. But I can e-mail the patent application to those who want to read it firsthand. It's a 1.5 MB pdf file Just leave a comment below, with your correct e-mail in the comment e-mail field and indicating that you want to get the Nokia S60 Touch patent application by e-mail. I have no idea how I missed it, but this patent application actually is available through USPTO. Here's the link.
