		<description>Thanks for the info -&lt;br&gt;I am on AT&amp;T network but the phone still cannot lock on to any network.  I received a phone call from Smartone Vodaphone in HK that  - for me to lock the phone at 1900 range- still  network is unavailable.&lt;br&gt;This phone does not receive the 850 band ( only a triband)  I found out that AT&amp;T works on 1900/850  I guess I am out of luck!  I use the Smartone Vodaphone SIM on my quad band  Samsung and it picks up the T-mobile network - no problem for roaming.&lt;br&gt;But once inserted into the LG KF700 - no network service - a bummer!</description>
