Sony Ericsson S500i dished out in Silver Steel
The Sony Ericsson S500i, an elegant slider handset that’s targeted towards the mid-level market, has received a paint job and is now available in a new color: Silver Steel. This color is so new, it isn’t even listed yet in the official list of available colors. But you can see it live from the gallery of the product page.
It looks more appealing than the original, with added sophistication, but old users will feel right at home because nothing has changed with its feature set. That means you still get the same quad-band, 2 megapixel camera equipped mobile with stereo Bluetooth A2DP and NetFront Web browser.

Presumably, it will still sell for about the same price as the old colored models, although paying extra for a new color is a choice that’s entirely up to you. After all, it’s your money.
