The new Blackberry clamshell phone has just been unveiled - a flip phone that has been codenamed the Kickstart.

Boy Genius Report has provided pictures of this fancy new phone, one that has had rumors surrounding it for a while now but only now confirmed.

As you can see by the pictures, the Kickstart uses a SureType keyboard, and features and external LCD and respectable internal LCD. We can also see that it has a camera and TrackBall for navigation purposes.

No one knows too much about this phone as of yet, but the option of a Blackberry flip phone is one that is definitely going to catch the attention of mobile users everywhere.
