Verizon to Launch Motorola Q 9c Tomorrow

Sprint was the first to offer the Motorola Q 9c, the second generation Motorola Q, but Verizon is now adding themselves to the list of carriers of this Motorola smartphone.

As of tomorrow the Motorola Q 9c will have been officially added to the Verizon Wireless stable. This mobile device is ideal for users who live their life on the go, and who need a phone that is going to be able to keep up with them.

You can coordinate your busy schedule with friends and loved ones through personal messaging, take advantage of synchronized business e-mail and downloads at broadband-like speeds, enjoy high-speed video streaming, and much more.

The list of features is lengthy and extensive on this Motorola release, and let`s start with the fun features, because these are always the most interesting.

The Q 9c comes with an integrated 1.3 megapixel camera, Windows Media Player 10 Mobile, video capture with sound and playback, dual stereo-quality speakers, and it supports most popular audio and video formats.

Call management features include built-in handsfree speakerphone, time and date stamp, photo-caller ID, and a virtually unlimited address book.

The messaging features offered by the Q 9c are very respectable. Users can use Documents to Go for viewing and editing Microsoft documents, unzip and zip archives and view their personal and business e-mail anytime, anywhere, and manage all their personal information with just the click of a button.

The Q 9c also supports multiple e-mail inboxes – POP3/IMAP4, Microsoft Exchange and Good Mobile Messaging.

Priced at $249.99 with a 2 year contract, this is one mobile device that all users can appreciate, and although it was originally set for release in April, Verizon is not that far off with the launch taking place now, in the second week of May.
