Motorola goes all girly on Korea with RAZR2 Pink Silver edition

Not that I’d want one for myself. I’m pretty happy watching the Motorola RAZR2 clamshell phone from the sidelines. Although I don’t think I’ll be getting one for myself any time soon. But I just wanted to let you know that if you are in Korea, have a friend in Korea, or just want read something that mentions the word Korea, you could get a special, girl-power inspired rendering of Motorola’s flagship clamshell in the form of the RAZR2 Pink Silver.

According to Lim Joung Ah, Marketing Director of Motorola Korea, “With its luxurious yet tranquil look and carefully-selected features, the RAZR2 Pink Silver was designed to appeal to the confident young generation.” I’m sure Motorola hopes the guy’s right.

If you recall, we unearthed news about a RAZR2 V9 Ferrari Edition being in the works. This one’s different though, and here’s the skinny on what’s up.

The RAZR2 Pink Silver boasts a pink casing and espresso colored keypad, which when paired with the phone’s metallic silver trims, makes one think it’s a high-end fashion phone. It will continue to carry the large, 2-inch external LCD screen, built-in camera, Bluetooth 2.0 and USB connectivity.

We don’t know how much this new phone will be selling for but if you want one, SK Telecom will be selling the thing all over the place. In Korea, of course.
