Motorola EM30 Clears FCC Approval Process
The Motorola EM30 recently showed up at the FCC and already has a wap profile.
This new ROKR phone is the latest bar-style phone offered by Motorola. Very similar to the MOTOROKR E8, there are still some substantial differences.
For one the EM30 loses the omega wheel navigation scroll bar, replacing it instead with a standard D-pad.
Motorola has been trying to hide this phone for some time now, but rumors have been circulating regardless, and with the pictures leaked today, we now have much more information on this phone.
The details of this new handset that have been given so far are quite respectable, including:
- 2-inch QVGA 260K color horizontal oriented display
- 2 megapixel camera
- MP3/AAC/eAAC/WMA music player
- Dedicated music player keys
- User friendly quick start music playback
- Linux Montavista 2.6.1 OS

- MicroSD support
- Stereo Bluetooth
- 3.5mm jack
