Wi-Fi Palm Treo 850 specs leaked
I hate to say it, but, I told you so! The Palm Treo 850, with codename “Skywriter,” is now good as “naked” thanks to a diligent tipster of TamsPPC. Now, it has been confirmed that this new Palm will indeed have Wi-Fi built-in, and it’ll run on Windows Mobile Pro 6.1.
The tipster even gave an “honest to goodness” description of the box in which the Palm Treo 850 came in. According to him, “This is not the PalmOS version of the Centro. It can be regarded as the evolution of the 750 line of devices. The unit is a little wider, but much slimmer than the Centro.” He also mentions that it will have 175 MB user memory and 32 MB SDRAM.
