You know that I really liked LG Viewty handset when I first got to play with it at IFA Berlin last September. And I was really thinking of getting one for my wife last Christmas.
But there was one big problem with LG Viewty. My wife does not care very much for these cool geeky gimmicks like 5 megapixel manual and autofocus camera, or the big touchscreen. Of course, the features on the mobile phone have to be good, but it has to look good and shiny, even before the specs are considered. And she really does not like black. So I settled for something else as Christmas present.
With this first hand experience, I was pretty sure that LG Viewty Pink will find an interested audience when it was released. But that handset, unfortunately, was available only in Korea.
Well, it seems that we will soon be treated with a colorful Viewty phone here in Europe too, and this time in “Hot Red”.
Yep, according to Mobile-Review, LG Viewty Hot Red handset has already been officially announced in Ukraine. And now, that it got to the Eastern Europe, I’m sure the rest of the continent will follow soon.
