HTC Touch Pro joins HTC’s Touch roster
We told you a month ago that HTC Touch Pro, codenamed Raphael is coming soon.
Well, today HTC Touch Pro, gets official as another addition to HTC’s growing Touch family. It sports a familar form factor with the addition of a slide-out QWERTY keyboard for an improved input option, and a few nifty tricks that make it quite a dependable smartphone in itself.
The HTC Touch Pro boasts a 2.8-inch VGA touch screen with the TouchFLO 3D interface, a 3.2 megapixel camera (capable of doing video calls), high-speeds through HSDPA and HSUPA connectivity and built-in GPS functionality.
8 hours of talk time on the HTC Touch Pro is afforded by its 1350 mAh battery. 512 MB flash and 288 MB RAM is provided, and the inbuilt memory can be further expanded with microSD cards.
Europe, Asia and the Middle East will be the first ones to get this new gem in the summer while it is also scheduled for a North America release later this year. Specific info on pricing has not been revealed but as always, we’ll be on the lookout and let you know once we find out.
