We’ve had our fair share of supposedly leaked 3G iPhone photos in the past, but this one has got to be the best rendering yet. The 3G iPhone, according to a bunch of photos that were leaked by an anonymous tipster, will come in a slimmer casing, new colors and a front-facing camera to be used with iPhone iChat.
The back side of the iPhone 2 leaked photos reveal that they will come in 16GB variants (no indication of 32GB models) and a black version, as well as another for Product Red. There appears to be two stereo speakers near the bottom of the iPhone 2, and the bezel looks very similar to that of the MacBook Air.
Along with the leaked photos, we also find the following piece of text:
Video just became a little more fun. Start a real time video chat with other AT&T subscribers via 3G networking, or with iChat buddies via WiFi. The video calling revolution has begun.
So Apple is jumping in on the video calling bandwagon, eh? Well, if any tech company should kickstart this dying thing again, it might as well be them. If these leaked photos turn out to be real, that is.
