Nokia 7610 gets FCC-approved
Thank God it’s FCC Friday. Today one new Nokia has made it out of the FCC hurdle, and it should be considered new even though it uses an old name.
The Nokia 7610 is one of Nokia’s newest slider phones, and rocks quadband GSM/EDGE (only!), 3.2 megapixel camera and built-in LED flash. If you recall, Nokia’s first megapixel camera was the 7610, which came in black or white in the form factor of a candy bar shaped like a leaf.

This one looks like it’s made out of shiny plastic, though, and obviously is not a candy bar, but a slider.
Other features of the new 7610 are Bluetooth 2.0 + EDR, FM radio, TV-out function, and support for microSD cards.
Availability and pricing has not been announced yet, but with this, be assured that it’s just around the corner.
