HTC Touch Diamond in white, looks pretty
HTC Touch Diamond, the smartphone that attracted everyone’s attention even before it got released, will apparently have a new and white version. Not completely white, though, as its front panel and the area surrounding its display are remaining black. Anyway, the change of look can surely keep people interested in the Diamond, even though HTC has just presented its new and richer in features Touch HD.
Various rumors are floating around, pointing to an October release for the white Diamond, but we’d better wait for something official to come from HTC before we take this for granted. A Danish retailer, Tele-Online, seems to already have the new Touch Diamond in stock, selling it at prices starting from 3,875 Danish kroner (approx. $735).
The specs of the white Diamond are similar to the ones of the black edition, so those who will buy it will get Wi-Fi, GPS, TouchFLO 3D UI, the same 3.2 MP camera and all the rest.
Too bad HTC didn’t make the front case white too, I guess the smartphone would have looked even nicer this way. But we can’t all have what we wish for, right?
