T-Mobile confirms Android announcement on September 23rd
We were just talking about it just now, weren’t we? T-Mobile was kind enough to end all speculation regarding a rumored announcement that they will make with Google on September 23rd by confirming the said event in a press invite.
The press invite, just given out by T-Mobile, explicitly says there will be a press conference held on September 23rd, at 10:30am to be exact! It will be for the first Google Android-powered smartphone ever, of course.

It’s still unclear whether the day of the announcement will be the same day the handset itself will get released or if they’re still going to stick with the rumored late October release date. What’s clear though, is that the world’s first GPhone is definitely coming soon, and we’ll be here to cover it. Check out the Android-powered handset demoed earlier today at Google’s Developer Day in London.
