Pantech IM-S380K announced - elegant Korean slider
After unveiling the IM-S350, it didn’t took Pantech long to announce its second mobile phone from the 2008 Pantech fall collection (if I may call it this way). The new handset is Pantech IM-S380K and, as the IM-S350, it’s launched under Pantech’s Sky brand, being targeted for the South Korean market.
Sky IM-S380K comes in a sweet slider form factor and, apparently, its display has a 7:3 aspect ratio. The resolution of the display is not know, but it’s highly probable for it to be a 240 x 400 one, which is not bad.
A complete list of specs for Pantech Sky IM-S380K is out of our reach for the moment, but the slider’s known features include:
-
HSDPA connectivity
-
Email (there’s a dedicated key for accessing it)
-
Front-facing video-call camera
-
Bluetooth
-
Music player and FM radio
-
Sky Studio (a photo editing application)
-
Expandable memory
-
Electronic dictionary
-
Subway map
If you’re in South Korea, look for Pantech IM-S380K to show up via KTF in the next few months, in three color versions: white, black and pink. The slider’s retail price will be of 400,000 KRW – approx. $355.
