Flycast Available for Blackberry
A few days ago I wrote a positive review on the Flycast App for the iPhone and iPod touch, which is a great app that I still use on a daily basis. Fortunately, the digital and internet radio application is now expanding out to the Blackberry.
According to a press release we just received, the Flycast application is a finalist in the Blackberry Developer Challenge, and will be available for free for the Blackberry Bold, Storm, and Curve (WiFi capable will be best) as of November 1st. Becoming a finalist is no walk in the park, so it speaks volumes of Flycast’s quality and success thus far.
The downloads will be available on Flycast’s website and will be accessible through mobile broadband and WiFi connections. We doubt any phones operating on 2G speeds will be very successful, but feel free to try it out and let us know how it works!
We would love to hear from all of you Blackberry users as soon as this comes out. Please let us know what you think and how it works.
