Samsung Delve officially announced by Alltel, $199 on contract

Samsung Delve, the full-touch handset rumored to debut soon via U.S. Cellular, was officially announced today by Alltel, one of U.S. Cellular’s main competitors.

Samsung Delve is priced at $199, with a 2-yr contract agreement and after a $100 mail-in rebate. For the moment, the Delve can only be pre-ordered, via Alltel’s website. The handset will go on sale starting November 6, both online and in retail stores.
