Nokia Music Store officially launched in UAE
Users in the UAE may now take part in the unique music experience being offered by their very own version of the Nokia Music Store. That’s right, far from having a world-wide rollout, the Nokia Music Store has just went live in the UAE, giving people a way to purchase and enjoy music from the comfort of their own home.
Access to the Nokia Music Store in the UAE can be done from either a PC or a compatible Nokia device, such as the Nokia N79, Nokia N85, Nokia N96, Nokia E66, Nokia E71, and the upcoming Nokia 5800 XpressMusic.

As usual, music is provided by the big labels, as well as regional labels, and that includes Universal, Sony BMG, Warner, EMI, and Rotana. A leading content aggregator called Qanawat, as well as thousands of independent labels are also in for the music.
All tracks are available with a 30-second preview before purchasing. Singles cost Dh3 (less than $1), albums cost Dh30 (about $8), and a monthly streaming subscription goes for only Dh20 (about $5) a month.
