Fancy having a round of golf AND charging your iPhone at the same time? Look no further than the Handgrip iPhone charger. It’s obviously a concept, but one that boasts more functionality than most. What’s needed here is the Handgrip iPhone charger, an iPhone in need of charging, and a wide, open space.
Basically, the Handgrip iPhone charger is some sort of golf club that magically charges itself with each and every swing made with it. And so the creator says, “Swing this many times and you get some electricity to charge your iPhone.”
That in itself is already a great feature, but there’s (supposed to be) more. “This time, its motion sensor sends your form data to your iPhone so that you can see your own golf swing animated.” And that’s the story behind the photo you see below where there’s a guy swinging on the iPhone’s screen.
Not too shabby, but I still think I’d prefer the old way of charging my iPhone. Using this might rejuvenate my handset, but in the end, I’ll be the one exhausted because of all the swinging. Still, interesting concept.
