$39 Pantech C630 launched tomorrow by AT&T
Pantech USA has just announced the release of Pantech C630, a phone that will be on sale starting tomorrow, December 12, offered by AT&T.
The C630 costs only $39 (with a 2-yr AT&T contract agreement), so it might be a perfect Christmas gift for all those in need of a new candybar.
Although it’s quite affordable, Pantech C630 comes with some nice stuff that could attract many US mobile users.
For example, the phone has 3G, GPS to work with AT&T Navigator, and “deviated number keys that glow white when depressed”.
Other features include:
-
Bluetooth
-
A 1.3MP photo camera
-
AT&T Mobile Music
-
AT&T Video Share
-
And Micro SD card support
So what we have here is a pretty good alternative to the Pantech Matrix or Pantech Slate, the other two Pantech-made handset recently released by AT&T. Sure, the C630 doesn’t have a QWERTY keyboard, but at least it’s cheaper.
