		<description>@Ed&lt;br&gt;Nothing wrong there, Taiwan is also known as the Republic of CHINA&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I honestly don&#039;t see whats so interesting that a British company has trademarked the term &#039;OPhone&#039;. Sure, they might have trademarked it, but trademarks are limited to geographical regions if I&#039;m not mistaken? A British company is going to have a hard time suing Lenovo on using the term &#039;OPhone&#039;, especially when they don&#039;t have a local presence in China, where the term is being used.</description>
