Just do some web-research and find this "chip" popping to the surface of media attention year after year, in Europe, US, Asia. Everytime it's a similar dubious story. Everytime some people fall for it - in particular iso-called expert writers in trade publications. And I suppose, everytime the company gets a load of requests from people even dumber than tech writers and sells whatever it is they sell, making enough money to pay for the basic PR, their next coup and a good income.
If you really do some research, you might even find ties to Scientology.
Basic research should have shown, there's an established OTC pharma company by this name based in France. So this here chip company would not have been able to to business under their name for long. But the name sounds good, doesn't it? France, Belgium ... no hints intended.
