Samsung E1410 and Samsung E1117, new entry-level candybars

Samsung has always been prolific when it comes to low-end phones, so it’s no surprise that, today, two new basic handsets that bear the South Korean manufacturer’s brand have surfaced.

I’m talking about Samsung E1410 and Samsung E1117, both of which are candybars that will probably be successful in markets like India, China and Russia. 

Neither of the new phones has a photo camera or an MP3 player, so I guess that Samsung will be selling them for less than $100 each.

What’s nice about the E1410 is that its 1000 mAh battery is said to last up to 11.5 hours in talk-time mode, or up to 546 hours in standby mode.

Samsung gave no details about the release of E1410 and E1117, but the phones will probably be available in the next few months.

    i have buy Samsung E1410 mobile and when i am trying to take the song from bluetooth it is showing as MEMORY FULL. May because the phone memory will be in use. i just want to ask that is there any option in the phone to activate memory card as preferred stoarage? kindly let me know.

    Dear Malayvora,

    This is because you cannot directly record the songs on the micro SD card. Instead, they have to be taken in the internal memory first which is limited to 4 MB. Due to this songs (or any music or data) greater than 4 MB cannot be transferred at a time and the message MEMORY FULL appears.

    if the phone memory less than memory of the games it will not install in it almost e1410 phone mem is less i also tried to download song from the web it showing to large to store

    in ur bluetooth settings there will be an option called preferred storage
    change it to memory card
    then the file downloads in mem card

    and then load it to ur phone mem
