T-Mobile USA to launch the Nokia 7510 Supernova in January
Not long after the rumor about T-Mobile Shadow II’s January 2009 release, here comes another rumor: T-Mobile USA might also launch the Nokia 7510 Supernova in the first month of 2009.
Announced back in June, Nokia 7510 Supernova is the only clamshell from the Supernova family.
But that doesn’t mean it lacks those Xpress-On covers that let you change the phone’s look with ease.
TmoNews says that a possible release date for the 7510 is January 21, although there’s nothing official about this for the moment.
Anyway, the handset’s specs include:
-
Quad band GSM connectivity with GPRS and EDGE
-
A 2.2 inch TFT internal display with 16 million colors and 240 x 320 pixels
-
Hidden external display
-
Series S40 user interface
-
Push-to-open button
-
HTML browser
-
Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP
-
Music player
-
FM Radio with RDS
-
2MP camera
-
MicroSDHC card support, up to 8GB
-
Talk time: up to 6 hours
-
Stand by time: up to 300 hours
In Europe, Nokia 7510 Supernova has a retail price of around 180 Eur ($250), so US customers should expect T-Mobile to sell it for under $100 with a contract agreement.
