Vodafone BlackBerry Storm developer competition can get you €50,000
By Ilinca Nita on 30 Dec 08If you’re a skilled BlackBerry developer, Vodafone now offers you the chance to make some good money with its recently launched BlackBerry Storm developer competition.
All you have to do is create an awesome app for the brand new Storm and submit it to Vodafone by 30 April 2009.
As it’s already said in the title, the grand prize is of €50,000 (about $70,500). But that’s not all: the 2nd place wins €15,000, while the 3rd place gets €5,000 too.
The winning applications will be offered to end users via the BlackBerry Application Center.
If you want to enter the competition, head on over to the Vodafone Germany website and register. Before you do, though, read the terms and conditions carefully, especially that part where Vodafone says it owns the rights for the three apps that will be declared winners.
