Nokia N97 might hit the UK at the end of March
By Ilinca Nita on 18 Jan 09If you’re in the UK and don’t like the Nokia 5800 XpressMusic but still want a touchscreen Nokia handset, you should wait for the end of March to come, when it’s said that the brand new N97 will be released.
The online retailer Play.com lists the Nseries smartphone as “due for release on 31/03/2009”, with the price tag of 479.99 GBP (about $708).
That’s surely a hefty price, but let’s not forget that N97 is not only the first Nseries to have a touchscreen display, but also the one that offers the widest range of features – you can read about them here.
Of course, the March 31 release date might be pushed back, but at least we know that the UK will get the new Nseries sometime this spring.
