Samsung Armani Windows Mobile smartphone in the works

The first full touchscreen Samsung Armani handset wasn’t a smashing success when it was released back in 2007.

Samsung Armani Night Effect, while a bit more interesting, did not make any waves in the market either.

But Samsung is nothing if not persistent and is determined to make it’s cooperation project with Armani successful, no matter what.

So there will be the next try, and, probably then next, and the next, and the next. And we may already know some things about the new Samsung Armani handset.

According to the interview that Samsung Taiwan mobile marketing department director Ryu Jae-hyun gave Taipei Times, there is a new Samsung Georgio Armani phone in the works.

And it will be a smartphone with best, newest and baddest mobile OS around…

That’s right, it seems that we will see Samsung Armani Windows Mobile 6.5 smartphone launched this fall.

Well, it would be interesting to see what Armani and Samsung will be able to make of WM 6.5. But I don’t really have any big expectations here.
