i have had two of the quickfire phones. Both had the same issue. the screen froze all the time. It was slow moving around from screen to screen. The texting while sent would not send sometimes and actually delete everything i just wrote. The connection was horrible no one could hear me. And be careful the first one was damaged because it got cold and residue for some reason knocked it out. The second one i have has be freezing, black screen all that stuff. I have paid over 300.00 dollars for it back when it was a new product and know have to get a Samsung Propell furbished because i can't fix the problem with my Quickfire since it is no longer in stores. Pain in my ass. Well just wanted you to know.
