1 million LG Arena phones already pre-ordered
Officially announced less than one month ago, LG Arena KM900 seems to have a bright future ahead.
Reportedly, more than 1 million KM900s have been pre-ordered until now, by various carriers from around the world, so the handset might have a similar success to LG’s Chocolate, Shine and Viewty – all of which were sold in more than 5 million units.
Although it’s not a smartphone, LG Arena is a very nice device.
Its highlights include: a 3 inch WVGA tuchscreen display, 3D S-Class UI, 8MP camera, GPS, Wi-Fi and 8GB of internal memory.
Arena’s retail price is still not known, but it’ll probably be unveiled in the next few weeks, when the handset should go on sale across Europe.
The positive market response determined LG to increase the number of countries where the KM900 will be initially released – but there’s no word yet on which these countries are.
