Philips Xenium X810 comes with touchscreen, long-lasting battery
We’re not sure what’s up with all these Philips phones that appeared lately (X700, X530), but we’re not complaining. Especially since the latest handset, Philips Xenium X810, is quite different from what we’re used to see coming out under this brand.
The X810 features a 240 x 400 pixels TFT touchscreen display with 262K colors, and a navigation pad that’s probably touch-sensitive.
Overall, the device looks nice, although, if its display had been bigger, its appearance would have been really impressive.

Its full specs include:
- Quad band GSM connectivity with EDGE (no 3G)
- 3.2 MP camera with flash
- Media player
- Bluetooth
- USB
- 45MB of internal memory
- MicroSDHC card support
- Up to one month of stand-by time
- 104 x 52 x 14.4 mm
- 100 grams
The release date of Philips Xenium X810 is not known for the moment, but the handset will probably be first available in China (perhaps coming as a replacement for the X800).
