Native YouTube app for Symbian S60 3rd Edition
YouTube has grown to be an important part of our online lives, so it’s only natural that mobile applications for it have appeared.
The newest one is a native app for Symbian S60 3rd Edition smartphones.
It features a simple interface that lets you easily browse and search videos. The videos are displayed in full-screen, and the image quality is said to be good.
You can also view videos as thumbnails, with short descriptions or miscellaneous info.
The application works on Nokia 5800 XpressMusic too (S60 5th Edition), but it has some issues – i.e. users can’t input search text.

To download the native YouTube app, visit m.youtube.com from your S60 3rd Edition handset. Unfortunately, it looks like for the moment only users in the US, UK, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand can get the app.
