LG GM630 – new TV phone for the Americas?
It looks like the Americas will soon get a new TV phone, namely the LG GM630.
Unlike the other LG handset unveiled today (GM200), the GM630 seems to be only an updated version of an older device: the LG HB620T, which is already available across Europe.
LG GM630 was recently approved by the FCC, and now some live pictures with it have appeared on the Web.
Since it resembles the HB620T, LG GM630 is a clamshell with a QVGA internal display, a small external screen, 2MP camera, Bluetooth, FM radio and MicroSD card support.

As you can see, the phone has a dedicated Mobile TV button.
Of course, its display may be a bit small for properly viewing TV programs, but, hey, it’s not everyday that you get to carry a TV in your pocket.
LG GM630 might be launched soon in North and South America, but there are no clear details about this for the moment.
