Nokia 5800 XpressMusic – new software update available, bringing many improvements
Nokia has just announced the availability of what seems to be the most important software update released until now for the popular Nokia 5800 XpressMusic.
Available as of today (March 30), the software update comes with quite many improvements, including a better email experience and faster data download over the Web.
Also, the Symbian S60 5th Edition UI should become faster after the update is installed.
Other new things include:
- Enhanced in-device search experience
- Several new camera features (burst mode; the secondary camera can now capture still images)
- Built-in Mobile Dictionary – supports 38 languages and includes voice playback
- Application Update – allows you to check for new application updates
The new 5800 XpressMusic software update can be downloaded from the Nokia Software Update website.
