#CTIA09: LG Xenon for AT&T
Also in the LG booth at CTIA 2009 I discovered the forthcoming LG Xenon for AT&T. This is a very promising messaging phone that should be coming out sometime this month.
The Xenon features a full QWERTY keyboard along with touch screen very similar to the LG Vu. In fact the UI is pretty much spot-on with the Vu, sans the Mobile TV option. Using the phone my big fuss was that I didn’t like the keyboard too much. I felt like LG crammed the keys together in an effort to save space. For space-saving they did a great job, but it was with sacrificing crucial keyboard room.
On a happy note, I was impressed by the touch screen. It was a lot easier to use than the Vu was, and still features the same haptic feedback. Aside from those features, the Xenon also has aGPS, 2 MP camera, quadband EDGE with dual-band 3G (850/1900) and 2.8? 240 x 400 screen.
