Nokia Green Explorer service launched
Nokia Green Explorer is a new beta service launched by the Finnish handset maker, enabling “people dedicated to a sustainable lifestyle” to “explore and enjoy the world.”
The multi-channel service lets you share info, provide guidance and communicate with other people about eco-friendly traveling.
You can register for Nokia Green Explorer and get its S60 Web Runtime Widget if you visit the Beta Labs website.
Note that, although it’s optimized only for Nokia N96 and Nokia 5630 XpressMusic, the Widget should run on any WRT compatible phone from Nokia (like Nokia N78, Nokia N85, Nokia N95 etc.).
Because it’s still in beta, Nokia Green Explorer is not integrated with Nokia Accounts, so you’ll have to make a new account in order to use it.
