HTC Hero live pics leaked
HTC Hero, the Android smartphone first seen back in March, has now appeared in a set of live pictures, offering us the chance to take a good look at it.
According to Code Android, the Hero, aka T-Mobile G3, will be released sometime in the third quarter of the year – hence at about the same time with the Samsung Houdini.
The new smartphone doesn’t have a trackball, like the G1 and the HTC Magic. Instead, it features a 3.5mm headset jack, which will surely make many users happy.
Anyway, below you have the live images with the HTC Hero. And if you think it looks like a mix between the G1 and the Touch Diamond2 – well, yes, it does.

I guess we should now wait for HTC to come up with something official about the Hero – if this is the handset’s real name.
