Nokia Image Exchange Lite available for S40 phones
By Ilinca Nita on 13 May 09Initially released only for Symbian S60 phones, Nokia Image Exchange is now available as a Lite, Java application too, thus it can be installed on Nokia S40 handsets, in addition to the S60 ones.
As Nokia puts it, “Nokia Image Exchange Lite is intended to be an image uploading and sharing utility instead of a gallery application.”
Since the Lite version of Nokia Image Exchange does not automatically back-up images, users who don’t have unlimited data plans of Wi-Fi connections should find it more useful than the original S60-only version.
