LG Viewty Smart available this month in the UK. 12MP LG phone re-confirmed
LG Viewty Smart GC900 will debut later this month in the UK, with Orange being the first carrier to sell it.
Coming as a worthy successor of the Viewty KU990, the new Viewty Smart is a handset that should offer users about everything they need from a camera phone.
Its 8MP autofocus camera features Intelligent Shot Mode, sensitivity up to ISO 1600 and DVD-quality video recording. Unfortunately, the camera only has a LED flash, instead of a Xenon flash.
However, the rest of the phone’s specs (3 inch WVGA display, S-Class Touch UI, HSDPA, Wi-Fi, GPS) make the Viewty Smart a very nice handset.
The price of Viewty Smart GC900 was not announced by LG, but the South Korean company said it would launch a 12 Megapixel camera phone later this year – thus re-confirming its earlier plans.
