LG Rumour 2 to hit Bell Canada on June 9
LG Rumor 2 was recently released in the US by Sprint and Alltel, and now it’s time for the handset to reach Canada as well.
The new messaging phone will be released in Canada as LG Rumour 2 (notice the slightly different spelling), by Bell Mobility – which will also launch the Palm Pre, sometime later this year.
The carrier will offer the Rumour 2 starting June 9, for as low as $69.95 (with a 3-yr contract agreement). Other pricing options: $119.95 with a 2-yr contract, $219.95 with a contract for 1 year, or $269.95 outright or on pre-pay.

Since the LG Rumour 2 is exactly the same device as Sprint’s and Alltel’s Rumor 2, it will come with features like: a 2 inch QVGA display, a 4-row QWERTY keyboard, GPS, Bluetooth, 1.3MP camera and microSD card support (up to 16GB).
