Sony Ericsson GreenHeart phones coming on June 4
The eco-friendly Sony Ericsson GreenHeart phone prototype presented in September 2008 may remain a prototype forever, but SE has recently announced that it’s ready to unveil new handsets manufactured with similar technology.
The first commercially-available GreenHeart phones will be presented on Thursday (June 4).
Little is known about the new devices, but they probably don’t have too many advanced features (well, that’s not necessary anyway, as long as they are environmentally friendly – remember the Motorola Renew?).

If the phones are made like the GreenHeart concept (pictured above), they should have bio-plastic housings, keypads made out of recycled plastic, and low-power consumption batteries. Doesn’t sound bad at all.
