Fring 3.40 launched with new UI and several enhancements
The popular fring mobile application has now reached version 3.40, coming with several important improvements, as well as a redesigned user interface.
For example, users can now update their fring profile photo, nickname and mood status.
Moreover, you can merge multiple contacts from your buddy list, by doing the following: “select the user you want to merge. Go to “Manage buddies” –> “Merge buddies” –> it will take you to your buddy list. Scroll down to other names for the same contact that you’d like to merge –> Click OK to check the box next to each –> Hit Save.”
Another novelty is the fact that you can see what your friends are using on fring (Skype, MSN, or another IM service).
