Sony Ericsson Xperia X2 picture shows up, might be the real deal
Rumors about a Sony Ericsson Xperia X2 have been around for quite a while now, and the handset was even confirmed (indirectly) by SE.
Today it looks like the X2 – codenamed Sony Ericsson Vulcan – has been finally unveiled, in a rather small picture appeared over at Engadget.
Sure, the image might be just a photoshopped one.
However, if this is indeed the Xperia X2, then the smartphone will definitely come with Windows Mobile (there’s a Windows key visible on the QWERTY keyboard).
There’s an X-Panel key too, and a pretty large touchscreen display – hopefully, it has a WVGA resolution.
Other details are not known, but it seems that the screen tilts up, just like the screen of Nokia N97.
No word on when Sony Ericsson might announce the new Xperia X2.
Anyway, with the Aino and Yaro freshly unveiled, it might take a while until the X2 gets official.
