The position of the d-pad makes perfect sense when you turn the device to landscape orientation (rather than portriat). Once you get used to using it to browse the internet, you'll never want to use a device without it! It is much easier to highlight HTML links with the arrow and directional pad rather than trying to click on them with a fat finger.

i enabled both.
my user name is my # (727-555-1000@alltel.com)
password alltel.
(that was how i connected with my motorola q) would the password and everything have changed bcuz i now have the tritan?

and do i use broadband or dial up...with the moto q i used dial up

Hi all, I got a chance to see a demo LG Tritan and it’s a really cool phone. I heard from a U.S. Cellular rep. that it should be in the store sometime this week. I have the Samsung Delve and I can’t wait to return it so I can get the LG Tritan. I was told it has Yahoo Messaging and IM Messaging.

first of let me say i am not an LG or software tech and i tried this fix AT MY OWN RISK. that being said …. are you useing linux ubuntu if so this is what i did> dial ##3328873 hit send your menu will say DT enable or BT enable(i did both) once that is done set up your broadband #777 your cell number @ your service provider. net or .com the service provider name.

the new lg tritan has issues if you change you phone# ..you can lose usb modem connect ..i have mine sine the 12th of june it ran fine on linux 9.04 as a usb modem until i had to change my number.
