T-Mobile cuts G1 prices – MyTouch 3G release imminent?
As of today, T-Mobile USA’a G1 Android smartphone costs only $149.99 with a 2-year contract agreement – a 25% drop from the initial $199.99 price.
All of G1’s color versions (black, white and bronze) are available at the discounted price.
Of course, the G1 is cheaper if you buy it from Amazon (only $100), but since T-Mobile itself has cut prices, it means that the carrier’s second Android phone is just around the corner.
After all, T-Mobile’s CTO Cole Brodman did say that a new Android device will come in early summer.

Most probably, the new handset is the T-Mobile MyTouch 3G (aka HTC Magic in Europe), which we recently saw in several live pics.
Here’s hoping that the MyTouch doesn’t cost more than $200, and the launch of Samsung Bigfoot will follow soon.
