Vobis is a portuguese retailer (http://www.vobis.pt), and highscreen is it's tradebrand (http://www.vobis.pt/ProductList.aspx?searchText…)

For sure that this is an exclusive model for them.

It is a too much coincidence to be russian model… unless that there is some venture bettween the companies…

Well, I'm not sure whether it's of Portugese origin or not, but Vobis seems
to be an international retailer with branches all around Europe, including
    Russia:

And this Mobinova made phone is probably for Vobis, whether only for Russia
